Keizer Rapids Park is home to the largest fenced off-leash dog park in the Salem area. At almost 4 acres, there is plenty of room to run. The area is divided into a "Small Dog" area and a larger "All Dog" area.

Thanks to donors, volunteers, and fundraising, the dog park boasts shelters, benches, drinking fountain (turned on seasonally), message kiosk, and year-round ADA portable toilet.

From River Road N., turn west on Chemawa Road N. and go almost to the end. Paved parking is located on the south end of the dog park.
