The Deem Hills Circumference trail traverses the entire recreation area and commands excellent views of the Phoenix area, the Hedgepeth Hills to the south, and the Hieroglyphic and Bradshaw Mountains to the north.
The two-acre dog park at 55th Ave. and Deem Hills Parkway has two separate areas for the small and large dogs. Grassy grounds surrounded by sandy gravel. Water fountains for the dogs are also found in the park. Magnificent mountain views and beautiful sunsets for the humans.
