Toad Hollow Dog Park
Toad Hollow Dog Park is located at 1919 Second Street( between L Street and the Pole Line Road overcrossing). This two-and-a-half acre park provides plenty of room for your dog to play.
Parking is available at the park and along Second Street next to the park. Remember, your dog must be on leash from the parking area until you enter the park.
Please do your part to keep the park clean by picking up after your dog.
The Toad Hollow Dog Park may be temporarily closed at times during the winter months due to inclement weather conditions. The park site is located within the Core Area Drainage Pond, a drainage basin that provides storage of stormwater runoff from the entire downtown area. During and following heavy rain periods, when the pond holds stormwater runoff, it is necessary to close the Dog Park. During these closures, signs will be posted at the site to inform park users. The park will open once the field has dried and is again suitable for use. You can call (530) 757-5656 to check the status of the Dog Park.
Toad Hollow Dog Park is also closed for routine maintenance on Thursday mornings from 6:00 to 10:00 a.m.
