The Haven transfers homeless cats and dogs from local animal control shelters that might otherwise be destroyed do to overcrowding, injury, illness, and/or behavior. Transferring these animals lowers the euthanasia rate and help build and sustain a no-kill community.

The Haven provides a shelter for abused, neglected, homeless and neglected animals, treating them with love, respect and medical care. Through education and volunteer programs, we promote community awareness of pet over population and responsibility.

The Haven is a non-profit sanctuary for animals that will be cared for regardless of how long it takes to find them loving homes.
