Spring Green Dog Park
The Spring Green Dog Park is supported by donations.
The mission of the Spring Green Dog Park is to provide a safe, environmentally and socially responsible fenced-in area where dog owners can let their dogs run and play off-leash in a managed prairie setting. The Spring Green Dog Park is located south of the intersection of Madison Street and Shifflet Road.
Volunteers are always needed and welcomed. Contact President Mary Preuss at 608/516.8778 or village board liaison Louise Dotter at 608/588.3369 to become more involved, or leave your contact information in the mailbox found at the entrance gate of the dog park.
The Friends of The Spring Green Dog Park welcomes and appreciates monetary donations to assist with purchasing supplies, such as bio-degradable waste bags, as well as for the general maintenance and upkeep of the property. Donations are accepted at the Peoples Community Bank in Spring Green.
The park is open year round during daylight hours. Visitors are required to abide by the rules posted at the entrance gate in order to maintain the safety and well-being of all dog park users.
