Platte Landing Dog Park
Platte Landing Park, the County’s newest park, is located in historic Parkville, Missouri, at the end of Main Street and adjacent to English Landing Park on the Missouri River. Platte Landing Park is a cooperative effort between Platte County and the City of Parkville. The new 140 acre park includes two miles of trails, Platte County’s first off-leash area for dogs, and a new boat ramp into the main channel of the Missouri River.
Dogs in Platte County now have room to run and play at the dog parks in Platte Landing Park. Seven fenced-in acres provide room to run with separate large and small dog areas. Running water is available to keep your pet refreshed.
