Beginning July 1, 2006, A permit tag will be required for your dog to use at Millrace Park (Millrace Park is located at 1200 W. 5400 S.) The tag is available for $10.00 for Taylorsville Residents and $25.00 for Non-Residents. The tag must be renewed each year. You must have a current pet license to purchase a park tag.

Park Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - 7:00 A.M. TO 10:00 P.M. The Park and off-leash area shall be closed on Tuesdays and Beginning 4:00 P.M. on each Saturday through 4:00 P.M. Sunday.

Please abide by the following guidelines and regulations while you and your pet enjoy the area. Failure to comply may result in the revocation of this privilege. Please respect other park users. Most problems can be avoided with proper communcation. Dogs must be on a leash in ALL other areas of the Park.

The facility will be closed during and after inclement weather to protect the turf. This may be a few days after the storm has passed. Conditions are assessed on a daily basis for re-opening.
