Our Mission

"To establish a fenced in, off-leash dog park where well-behaved dogs can exercise in a clean, safe environment without endangering or annoying people, property or wildlife. To develop a beautiful, well-maintained space open to all dog lovers and friends who are willing to uphold the park's rules and restrictions. To view this park as a community project, in partnership with the City of Marshfield, designed to satisfy the needs of dog-owners and non-dog owners alike."

• The Dog Park is a 4.5-acre site operated by a Friends Group
•  Open 24 hours, year-round (excluding mid-August through the first part of September for fair time)
•  Dog owners are legally and financially responsible for their dog’s behavior/actions
• Owners are required to clean-up after their pet
• No human food is permitted
• No children under 8 years of age are permitted in the park for their own safety
• A voluntary $2.00 donation is appreciated
• Dog Park Board meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month; you are invited to attend
