Fiesta Island, a large peninsular park located within Mission Bay, is a popular location for charity walks and runs, bicycle races, time trials and other special events. This island in Mission Bay Park allows dogs anywhere outside the fenced areas. Fiesta Island offers a 5.2-mile asphalt path around the island for dogs walkers. Hours are from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. everyday.
