The Oakhurst Dog Park is one of three dog parks in the City of Decatur, GA. Located on E. Lake Dr, next to the Boys and Girls Club, the park features almost two acres of open and wooded land. Amenities include: Water fountain, poop bags, and shaded picnic tables & benches. Like at all Decatur dog parks, dog owners who use Oakhurst are conscientious folk who monitor their dogs well; poop is picked up, fights are broken up, and healthy social play is encouraged. The park is also a great place for humans to network and socialize.
