Steve-O already had the nation’s ample street-dog population in mind when he arrived for his stay in Peru to film “Ultimate Expedition,” but after buying two bags of dog food and trying to make friends with a bunch of the puppers, he had no takers … until he met Wendy — and made a friend for life!
