Cat Infographic

We’re not saying that the infographic below is going to change your life. Or even your cats’ lives. Frankly, there isn’t too much healthy stuff going on here, either. What we do have here is a fun infographic that knocks out some fun facts about cats, and their place in pop culture history, and a few universal truths that are always fun to read. Above all, it’s an infographic made by a real cat lover–that being Dusty J., who we certainly wish we could link to in some kind of tribute.

Anyway, the official title of this infographic is, “Why Do We Love Cats So Much?” We like the presumptions in that title right away. We also like how this infographic doesn’t get bogged down in too many facts. There’s a pretty efficient timeline here that’s helped by skipping centuries. It’s not some kind of History Channel documentary, you know. It’s an infographic. We can vouch for how the infographic gets things right about Harry Pointer, though. You can get a better idea of his pioneering work right here. We’ll just assume that everything else on the infographic is just as factually sound. So enjoy and pass it around, because that’s what happens to infographics.  Well, the good ones…
