SaddleBrooke Dog Park
The Dog Park is a private facility maintained for the enjoyment of SaddleBrooke residents and their dogs.
The park is located at the corner of South Sandcrest St. & Clubhouse Drive. A code number or key card is required for entry to the dog park.
The SaddleBrooke Dog Park was opened in October 2005 on property provided by Robson Communities, Inc., with funds contributed or raised by, and with the volunteer efforts on the part, of dog park members. The park sits on approximately one acre, and has separate areas for large and small dogs. Since its inception, volunteers have made the following improvements to the park: grass was installed in both the large and small areas; a maintenance shed was built; trees were planted and park benches installed; new dog park waste containers on both sides; privacy barriers to minimize unwanted interaction between large and small dogs; shade ramadas for dog owners; and a park sign. A great initial vision, dedicated volunteers, successful special events and continuous improvements have contributed to a steady increase in membership from the initial 60-plus, to the current association 225 active members.
